Cosmic Collectables offers the following return and shipping policy:
If you email me with the return 48 hours for the time of receiving (I will get this time from the shipping companies website site). I will make arrangments with you to return the product and either make an exchange or a complete refund.
Cosmic Collectables will not be hold responsible for damaged caused by the shipping company.
All prices include shipping (in the continental United States). Cosmic Collectables will pack the item(s) for a safe as possible shipment. International orders will be charged the listed amount plus exact shipping charges. Cosmic Collectables will use the least expenisve method for shipping. Normally will be either USPS or UPS, but not limited to them. If customer would prefer a different method of transportion then Cosmic Collectable will accommodate to best of its ability. However the customer will pay the listed amount, exact shipping charges, plus 10% of order total handling charge. Cosmic Collectables will work with you to get the product you want at the best possible shipping cost.
